Reason why we would not stay there or recommend this hotel is because we were ripped off by the hotel staff, we had asked for an Airport pick up and was told that they could have a taxi pick us up for a fee of $ 1177.00 BAHT which we agreed to, ( not knowing any better), we found out the next day that a pick up from the airport to the Cinnamon Residence should be $ 500.00 BAHT, both my husband and I were a little taken back , that the hotel would charge us what they did. It was a cheap taxi ride to the Ladprao Shopping Plaza and the hotel staff called the taxi for us as well as providing a free shuttle to the Son Muaeng Airport. The shower head needed cleaning and we could only use the internet on one device at a time which was inconvenient. The pool is very nice with towels provided. The breakfast was good - a buffet as well as the choice of scrambled eggs or an omelette. The staff were professional and friendly.
