The breakfast was honest, I don't understand the persons who are not satisfied with it since it was good to us. The hotel is quite conveniently located but you'll have to walk a bit (just a bit). All the staff speaks English very well, it was a pleasure. Im Nachhinein war dies leider teilweise sehr ernüchternd. Das einzig erfreuliche war das normale Personal. Dies ist noch immer eins der freundlichsten und zuvorkommenden Personal, welches ich begegnen durfte. Alle Mitarbeiter halfen mir auch bei dem kleinsten bis kompliziertesten Problem was ich in der Zeit hatte zu 100%. Hier möchte ich besonders Mr. Mike nennen. Dieser Mann ist für mich unvergesslich geworden. Ein Mann der in seiner Arbeit aufgeht und jeden einzelnen Gast hilfreich zur Seite steht und dies über seiner Arbeitszeit hinaus. Zu jeder Zeit konnte ich mich mit Problemen auch außerhalb seiner Arbeitszeit wenden. Er sorgte sich nicht nur um mögliche Ausflüge sondern auch um die Sicherheit und das Wohlergehen eines Gastes. Man merkt er liebt seinen Job. Außerdem möchte ich gern Mrs Beer nennen. Die mir auch sehr hilfreich zur Seite stand. Alle aus der Belegschaft sind mir sehr positiv in Erinnerung. Wenn es um einen weiteren Besuch kommt, dann hat der Besitzer und Erbauer des Hotels dies nur dem Mitarbeitern zu bedanken. Mit Ausnahme möchte ich hier ausdrücklich Mr. Ole nennen. Diese Person ist leider für mich kein erfreulicher nennenswerter Mann. Als Nichtraucher und Asthmatiker ist mir dieses Hotel durch seine passive Arbeit in schlechter Erinnerung.
