We love furry friends however we are a PET FREE home. If an animal is brought on the property or into the home during your stay a $1,000.00 (per animal) fee will be assessed. Please respect this rule. To help keep our home clean, fresh, and enjoyable for every guest, cooking crab or other shellfish is not permitted inside the home or anywhere on the property. This includes boiling, steaming, or cooking crab outdoors. We love our local seafood and encourage guests to enjoy it at one of the many wonderful restaurants nearby. Thank you for helping us maintain the cleanliness and condition of our home for all of our guests!

The Trail House is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke outside, properly disposing of the materials.
