The 'breakfast' was shocking, same food reheated from day prior, flys everywhere and the cook sitting at the back coughing her lungs out! "The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...

"This was the second time we have stayed here and would do so again. The rooms are really nice and the breakfast is very good. It's easy to find just off the main highway, but not noisy. On this occasion the hotel bar was a little disappointing as cocktails were not on offer, nor was my favourite 'craft' beer which was available last time but not this, but the overall stay wasn't adversely impacted."

"We were in Lampng for only one night. The hotel was down an alley or small road. They didn't have our reservation, but we had only booked a day before. We were able to show them our hotels.com info and they were fine. The room was big and had a good ac. Bed was a little hard, but fine. The toilet paper wasn't in the bathroom, and after having a shower, we realized why. Most of our stays had a wet bathroom, but this one got completely wet. It had a good location near the city center and lots of dining options. A huge plus was they had a lift, so we didn't have to drag our bags up several floors. It didn't seem to be very busy, so it was quiet. Not a bad stay."
