Holiday home with garden near Balestrate Beach
Villa Ruffino is located in Balestrate, a seaside town in the Gulf of Castellammare, 32 km from Palermo and 17 km from the Falcone Borsellino airport.
It is located in the upper part of the town a few minutes' walk from the centre and 700 metres from the sandy beaches served by numerous lidos.
The villa of about 150sqm can accommodate up to 8 people, surrounded by a large garden, offers accommodation with free WiFi equipment with barbecue and an outdoor dining area, a large living room area with sofa bed and flat screen TV has air conditioning, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath, a fully equipped kitchen, in the garden you will find a table and chairs as well as armchairs and sofas for healthy relaxation.
Air conditioning is on consumption.
The villa has a private car park.

Bella Casa!
The apartment was very nice. Very clean, everything you need. Up on a hill where there is some nice wind in the evening to cool a little bit down. You have a nice walk through Balestrate to one of the two beaches, they are not so far away.
The Owners, family Ruffino, are very polite and helpful. When one of us had to much sun at the beach and felt very sick, we called them and the carried us home.
It was a nice stay and we were very happy.

3 chambres et pas 4 comme décrit l’annonce
Manque cruellement d’ustensiles de cuisine pour 6/8 personnes
Pour les familles avec des enfants en bas âges attention accès plage et centre ville difficile à pied

Une villa très agréable et bien équipée
Un séjour parfait, dans une belle villa, très bien agencée et équipée. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous avons été bien accueillis et ils ont même joué le jeu de nous accompagner dans la surprise d’arrivée que nous faisions à un couple d’amis.
La maison est parfaite pour se détendre après une journée de découverte ou de plage. La ville de Balestrate est accessible rapidement même si la maison est en retrait sur les hauteurs. Nous y reviendrons car la piscine est prévue....Merci.

Nice and clean spacious property!
We had a great time in Sicily, we enjoyed the full 8 days and seven nights. Villa Ruffino is an excellent place from where you can explore the island. We went to:
San vito lo capo 1h 15 min. must seen white beach and blua ocean
Monreale less than 45 min. Beautiful monestary gardens and cathedral
Etna 4h drive but it was worth it! Also the road true the inlands was gorgeous.
Palermo, nice city within only one hour drive
Several beaches also at castellamare del Golfo (nice town) ...
Alcamo 15 min. Surprisingly nice with some good restaurants.
For all this we rented a car at the Palermo airport (30 min from the house). And this is a must have when you go to Villa Raffino.
