On the ground floor of the 140 m² house there is a comfortable living-dining area with an open, very well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower/WC. From the kitchen and the living room there is access to the covered, secluded terrace with barbecue. Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, WC, bidet), a bedroom with double bed and another bathroom with shower/WC. Es ist großzügig und toll ausgestattet (viel besser als die meisten Ferienhäuser). Als wir nach einer staureichen Fahrt ankamen, hat kühler Wein und frische Melone auf uns gewartet, eigenes Olivenöl gab es als Willkommengeschenk. Auf der Terrasse haben wir entspannte Abende verbracht, oft sind wir auch in dem entzückenden Ort Bale herumspaziert. Das mittelalterliche Zentrum liegt direkt vor der Haustüre - ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Strände sowie die Städte Pula, Rovinj und Porec sind mit dem Auto schnell erreicht.
