Le restaurant sur place offre un très bon menu et le déjeuner et juste trop bon....wow. de plus ils prépare la salle a manger pour le déjeuner très tôt donc même si vous devez quitter tôt pour une activité vous pouvez vous prendre un petit quelques chose avant de partir. Le personnel est aussi exceptionnel. 5 étoiles c'est certain, je recommande sans hésiter. »

Le restaurant sur place offre un très bon menu et le déjeuner et juste trop bon....wow. de plus ils prépare la salle a manger pour le déjeuner très tôt donc même si vous devez quitter tôt pour une activité vous pouvez vous prendre un petit quelques chose avant de partir. Le personnel est aussi exceptionnel. 5 étoiles c'est certain, je recommande sans hésiter."

"Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. From the moment we arrived late at night (around 11 PM), it was clear that nothing matched what we had booked. The room we were given: • Was not the one we reserved, • Was dirty, with no towels provided, • Freezing cold, with heating charged at an extra $5 (!), • And the bathroom was in a dreadful, almost unusable condition. We immediately went to the front desk. The staff — to be fair, polite — admitted they didn’t have the room we had booked, and simply offered us the option to leave. At midnight, that is absolutely unacceptable. With no other option, we were forced to stay the night in completely unacceptable conditions. We checked out the next morning and booked another hotel — and the contrast was night and day: professional staff, clean rooms, excellent service. No regrets at all about leaving. To clarify: • Expedia refunded the first night due to the serious issues. • The hotel itself refunded the second night — which says a lot. The breakfast was a joke, with practically nothing to eat. The hotel is old, poorly maintained, dirty, and should not be accepting guests in this condition. ⸻ 🚫 Bottom line: avoid this place at all costs. I’ve stayed in many hotels, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The photos and online descriptions are misleading. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere."

"10/10 et même plus. J’ai trouvé l’hôtel parfait, sans doute le meilleur de ma vie ! Le service était irréprochable, avec une attention portée à chaque détail. L’ambiance était intime et originale, offrant une expérience unique. De l’eau à volonté dans la chambre. Bouillottes chaudes le soir dans le lit pour plus de confort. Le restaurant était exceptionnel : sans aucun doute l’un des meilleurs que j’ai testés, avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable. Petit déjeuner parfait avec produits locaux. L’emplacement est idéal, situé à côté des boutiques et dans l’un des plus beaux quartiers de Cusco. Une petite terrasse agréable avec un feu ajoute une touche chaleureuse et conviviale. Je reviendrai certainement ! "
