"The hotel building is good, in an excellent position and in good condition. Our room was a de-luxe 5th floor room, large, well fitted and in good condition. However, it was still school holidays when we stayed which made it very noisy. The restaurant was extremely noisy and children running in all directions.The food was ok, not great. The evening entertainment was very loud. So overall, unless you are taking your children there during the holidays, wait until school is back!"

"A pet friendly hotel with most kind and helpful staff. When we requested to stay an extra couple of days they struggled with the computer but said - just stay , we will sort the computer out before you go . A great relief ! Will be staying there at Christmas too . By the way - perfect location."

"The room was on the small side but average for amenities. It had a beautiful balcony. The main problem was as soon as I walked in, it smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk said the property is non-smoking but the previous guest must have broke the rules. I had also asked for a quiet room when I was checking in. Turns out I was right above the nightclub area on the 2nd floor and every night I had to wait for it to close and be quiet before I could sleep. Internet speed was poor. One night it was completely not working at all at least all evening. Who knows for how long. It was back on when I woke up in the morning. The breakfast buffet had a good selection but milk was not kept in a cool tray and would quickly get warm. It was also hard to find a table if you weren't there in the first 30mins or so. The pool was nice and I never had a problem finding a lounge chair."

During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. "I think I was quite lucky on this booking. It was Sunday in the off-season so the price was very good. Half board was even better. The room was outstanding. The entrance, lobby, pool and lounging area were all excellent. Both the buffet service dinner and the breakfast were superb. This is such a great hotel. I really couldn’t have improved anything."
