Property Summary  
Sociano is a rustic and simple working farm surrounded by trees, meadows, and fields. It offers four apartments and is situated atop a hill in a secluded location, 11 km from the center of Bagnoregio and 18 km from a lake. The property boasts a spacious 10,000 square meter area with a meadow, a seasonal swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, available from May 30 to September 19), a WC in the pool area, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. Inside the house, you'll find a lounge with TV, WiFi, a billiard table, and a table football game, as well as a shared washing machine. The property offers ample parking spaces, and it's conveniently located near amenities like shops, groceries, and a supermarket within 11 km. This holiday rental also provides an opportunity to purchase locally-sourced farm products.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a natural, unspoiled 10,000 square meter area with a meadow, perfect for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. Guests can take advantage of the seasonal swimming pool, which measures 10 x 5 meters with a depth ranging from 80 to 180 cm, available from May 30 to September 19. Outdoor facilities include a WC in the pool area, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, allowing you to fully embrace the al fresco lifestyle.  
  
Other Information  
The farm offers additional facilities within the house, including a lounge area equipped with a TV and WiFi for your entertainment and connectivity needs. You can also enjoy recreational activities like playing billiards on the billiard table or table football. A shared washing machine is available for your convenience. Please note that the owner has a dog on the premises, and there may be other animals in the neighborhood. Additionally, the distance to the pool area is approximately 300 meters.

The Poggiolo vacation rental is a 3-room apartment spanning 80 square meters on the 1st floor. It features simple and rustic furnishings, including a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. There is one room with a double bed, and another small room with two beds and a fold-away bed.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has a shower/WC, oil heating, and a roofed patio with a panoramic view. Amenities also include a children's high chair and a baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.

The property has steep stairs leading to the first floor and four steps inside the apartment. The maximum capacity is 5 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Additional amenities include a washing machine, barbecue, fireplace, private patio, and heat available.
