This beautiful villa with views of the hills is the perfect place to share an unforgettable Andalusian holiday with all your family and friends. The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 people in its incredibly cozy interior, decorated with light and bright colors.

On the ground floor, which consists of the basement of the house, there are three bedrooms. One has a double bed, while the other two are equipped with two single beds each, the maximum capacity of this floor being six people. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the upper floor, you will find another double bedroom. Furthermore, the living area of the villa is distributed on this floor: a living-dining room with a television with foreign channels, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a terrace are ideal for gathering with the whole family. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the upper floor.

The kitchen and living room are provided with hot/cold air conditioning, while the bedrooms have fans and heating.

From the ground floor, you can access the charming outdoor patio, which you will find equipped with everything you need to enjoy the warm outdoor atmosphere. On the porch, you will have a dining room and a relaxation area, as well as a beautiful fireplace. A small private pool in the middle of the terrace completes the comforts of the house, allowing you to admire the fabulous landscape that surrounds the house.

The house has free municipal parking near the house. Access to the house is possible through a paved lane.
