It is 5 minutes away from Champoluc, Antagnod and the fabulous ski slopes and walks of the Monterosa ski area. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends. 8 beds spread over 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 service bathroom, large garage, wi-fi, garden and terrace from which you can admire the spectacular Monterosa chain. The house has: \*\*Entrance and External Courtyard\*\*. The entrance to the house is preceded by a small outdoor courtyard, a cosy outdoor area in which to relax or enjoy a coffee. The courtyard is furnished with some seating and decorated with local plants, offering a first taste of the mountain environment. This space adds a touch of intimacy and nature to your stay. \*\*Garage\*\* Next to the house is a private garage with a parking space, offering the convenience of safe parking. Inside the garage is the boiler, which also serves the adjacent flat. In case of need (e.g. if the boiler should go on the blink), it may be necessary to allow quick access to the inhabitants of the neighbouring flat for restarting.
