Large open plan living, lounge and kitchen plus a deck looking over the pool and straight out to the beach, air-conditioned throughout. Large flat screen television and DVD
player in the lounge room section, and a very modern kitchen which is a chef`s delight. Nespresso Coffe machine (please supply your own capsules).

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are at one end of the house. Bedroom 1 with queen size bed, and an ensuite with views to the beach. Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds. At the other end of
the property is a very modern bathroom with dual vanity, bath, shower, and toilet. Bedroom 3 with queen bed and ensuite and bedroom 4 two single beds.
Downstairs is a table tennis table to occupy the children when they are not in the pool.

protected rock pool, patrolled surf beach, children`s playground, boutique shopping and a la carte restaurants as well as alfresco cafes overlooking the beach. Step back in time
at the award winning, character filled Avoca Beach Picture Theatre where featured movies range from unique `Indie Films` to the latest box office smash. Go barefoot bowling,
have a hit of tennis or hire a kayak or paddle boat on Avoca Lake.
