The pool was very large and was refreshing on a hot summer day. The homeowner provided beach towels and floats which was great. There is a large umbrella and chaise lounges poolside. Everything was so well maintained - lots of pretty flowers. One day during our stay it had rained so we chilled out in a large living room with comfy couches and a nice TV. It was very peaceful there and we were able to enjoy time away from the hustle & bustle of life! The bedrooms were super comfortable - equipped with a ceiling fan and A/C. The shower was large and they provided shampoo & body wash - very nice touch. We were so happy to be able to spend time here, and are looking forward to our weekend getaway next year! Between the spacious den and kitchen/dining room, there are pretty much all the comforts of home. The bedrooms are small, but comfortable and each has its own AC. The landscaping, flora and fauna (2 beautiful white-tailed deer) are delightful. The lake is lovely and readily accessible for kayaking. But, best of all, the pool makes for invigorating swims and cozy book reading/internet browsing. The owner, Stephen C.,, is very communicative and accommodating. Just the kind of owner you hope to work with. He lives nearby, so if you ever need him for whatever reason, he's prompt and 100% reliable. ##### walter m. From a very sweet welcome sign to having everything you can imagine available in the home for it’s guests and pets. Loved exploring the beautiful town and it’s local farms.
