You can see plenty of stars from the property, so we were able to sit by the fire and stargaze intead if freezing our toes off at cherry springs. The mattresses were fantastic, which is not always the case in vacation rentals. The only feedback I have is the water softener maybe? I’m not sure it’s fixing whatever the issue was with the water mentioned in past reviews. The water felt almost like when you wash your hands after you put on lotion. It was fine to shower in, but we didn’t drink it. We always bring a couple cases of bottled water with us and it was a short stay, so this was not an issue for us. ##### Jaymi M. We couldn’t get the TV in the bedroom to work. (Although this was not a deal breaker) The drive way had a big pot hole in it. The front door that you do not use kept opening on its own even though it was locked. The house was super clean and comfortable.
