ā€˜Cozyā€™ really describes the room we stayed in! Although tiny, the accomodatuons were very clean, the sheets were crispn& white, the heater was perfect (it was 18 F that night!) and the bathroom was spacious. Highly recommend! Austin is a very small town, but we ate a delicious chicken wings and fries dinner at a charming historic bar across the street (the only place serving food and drinks that night). The barā€™s owner was a charming character and made our night a memorable one.

Lovely, clean room in a traditional motel but with modern conveniences. On arrival you phone the owners to get the key information but it seems they are usually nearby. There's a small lobby at the entrance with great coffee available. Very quiet.

Very comfortable bed and rustic cozy! Clean room but a little quirky, nice overall. Amazing service although I think one guy runs the whole town, not many food options but Grandma's was good and very friendly and coffee spot across from Champs Amazing coffee and cinnamon rolls

We arrived around 10 PM. You call to check-in. There is a small front office where you can pick up water, the Wi-Fi password and your room key,. The office is self-service which worked out fine. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and we had a good night's rest.

The folks running the motel were friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. Austin is a very small town, yet the service, cleanliness, and amenities were the same as I would expect at a large hotel in a major tourist location. I will stay at the motel again.
