I don’t understand how I could be charged an early check-in fee without anyone mentioning it at the front desk. In all the years I’ve stayed at hotels, I’ve always been informed of any additional charges before they were applied.
I do not agree to pay a fee that was never disclosed to me. This morning, I asked the gentleman at the front desk what the charge was for, and he told me it was for the amenitiesnot for an early check-in.
I would appreciate an explanation and ask that this charge be reviewed.as it was my choice if I wanted to pay 100 extra it will be nice to communicate
