All amenities are private to the community. Get cozy in the oceanfront seating on the shared wraparound deck, enjoy the ocean breeze in the gazebo atop the dunes, grill out and relax at the picnic tables, enjoy the outdoor pool, or walk to the beach that is just steps away.

WHAT TO BRING

— Food, drinks, condiments, additional spices and coffee, charcoal (There is a Dollar General across the street and a Food Lion down the street.)

PARKING PASS
— Each reservation is given ONE parking pass.
— For nightly reservations, an additional pass is available for $35 per reservation for a max of 2 parking passes total. For monthly reservations, an additional pass is available for $100.

NO SMOKING & NO VAPING
— No smoking anything inside the unit or anywhere at the complex.
— Violators will be asked to leave IMMEDIATELY, and a refund will not be issued.
— Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Additionally, there is an extra $200 cleaning fee.

PET POLICY
It is our pleasure to welcome your furry friend to the beach.
— $125 pet fee
— Dogs ONLY (no cats)
— 1 dog max, under 50 lbs.
— Non-aggressive breeds only (Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, and German Shepherd breeds are not allowed)
— Pets must be current on vaccines and flea meds.
— NO PETS ALLOWED ON FURNITURE!!
— Pets cannot be left unsupervised and MUST BE CRATED when the pet owner is not inside the condo.
— Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.
— NO pets allowed inside the fenced-in pool area.
— Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet. Place all pet waste bags in the trash cans outside.
— Guests will be held accountable for their pet, and any DAMAGES or EXCESSIVE CLEANING will be charged to the guest.
— **Do NOT arrive without paying the pet fee. If you include your pet in your reservation, then the pet fee will be automatically included in your booking total, and you are good to go. If not, no worries. Just let me know, and I can send you the pet fee request after booking.

You can walk down the beach to the nearby public pedestrian pier and grab a bite to eat oceanfront on the pier at Molly's Beachside Bar & Grill. You can also walk across the street to Dairy Queen, Beach Burgers, On the Rocks Restaurant and Bar, The Wheelhouse Taproom, and Kitty Hawk Kites Gift Shop.

Food Lion grocery store is 1 mile down the road, and you can walk to the Dollar General and a convenience store.

Within a 5 min drive is the NC Aquarium, Fort Macon State Park, Atlantic Beach Town Park, Amos Mosquitos Restaurant, Oceanana Fishing Pier and Pier House Restaurant, and the Atlantic Beach Circle and all of the surf shops and restaurants.
