NO SMOKING • Ocean Sands is a non-smoking community. Smoking is permitted only on the beach or by the fence along Fort Macon Road, away from all common areas, including the gazebos. • Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all common areas within the community. •A minimum $200 smoke remediation fee will be assessed if evidence of smoking is found. Additional charges for deep cleaning, damage, or disruption to future reservations may apply. 2\. PET POLICY •Dogs only — no cats or exotic animals. • One (1) well-behaved, non-aggressive dog under 50 lbs may be approved with a $100 pet fee. • Prior approval is required. Please provide your dog’s size and breed. Vaccinations and flea prevention must be current. • Unapproved animals are not permitted and may result in cancellation without refund and/or a $200 additional fee. • For stays longer than 30 days, a $100 monthly fee applies. ☞All animals must be housebroken and not left unattended unless properly crated. OCCUPANCY POLICY • Occupancy is limited to the number of guests listed on the reservation. No unregistered guests are permitted. •The base rate includes up to 2 guests. There is a $15/night fee for each additional guest. •All guests (including children) must be included in the reservation prior to check-in. 6\. SUBLEASING is not permitted. Reservations may not be reassigned without prior written host approval. A valid photo ID matching the reservation name may be required. 7\. Guests agree to accept full responsibility for themselves and all occupants during the stay, including any damages, violations, or fees incurred. 8\. Self check-in made it super convenient to arrive anytime after 3:00\. The condo was the perfect size. We utilized the kitchen, cooking many of our meals in the room. It's perfect for a couple to use for a get-away. Very clean and comfy! It is close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and bars. Only downside was the very limited space for your clothes/luggage. We were able to book just 2 weeks before our trip which was wonderful because we had to cancel our previous VRBO due to the unknown with the gas prices. Anyway, the condo is clean but it is smaller. It's one room and a bathroom. We were able to make it work with 2 adults and 2 children, one of which \*just\* turned 2 the other day. But if you aren't used to already living in tight quarters you may want to stick with 2 people or 3 max. You couldn't really hear the neighbors unless they were moving furniture. I loved how close it was to the beach, made it easy with a toddler. Thank you for having us and giving us a nice vacation!! ##### Samantha S.
