Step into your coastal getaway! Enjoy a well-appointed kitchen, full bath, and the comfort of a queen-size bed and sleeper sofa. It's coziest for up to three adults or two adults with two children. We've got you covered with coffee, teas, linens, and towels. Revel in high-speed internet and cable TV for a relaxing beachside life. Lounge by the pool or relax in the sand. While the unit has NO VIEW (it's in a breezeway), the beach is just 50 steps away! Book now for a memorable seaside escape. Make our studio condo your home away from home. No stairs in! Located on the first floor, this unit is easy access from the parking lot. We ask guests to pick up after themselves and straighten up prior to departure. The cleaning fee covers your linens, deep cleaning, and sanitizing for your safety. NOTES: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions! This home is in Eastern North Carolina, near the water. While we have regular pest control visits, you may still encounter a bug or two. The home is professionally cleaned between every guest and bugs just sometimes appear in this region. You'll find your stay to be easy, with access to all that you need for a nice relaxing get away (or quiet work space with high-speed internet). A door code will be emailed to you when you book for easy entrance on your schedule (any time after 3 pm on the day you book). Full instructions, info, and a parking pass are provided in a guest book in the living room. Enjoy! Boats, boat trailers, RVs and other similar oversized vehicles are not allowed at this complex.
