« We wanted a place to stay and just relax. This Houseboat was more than what we expected. Spectacular Views of the marina, walking distance to some great restaurants, and also took in a concert which was walking distance. Super clean, very safe, and spent most of the time on the upstairs covered deck gazing at the water. Never turned a tv on the entire stay. »

« The view was great & it is very close to all the riverfront action. Parking was 1 block away, but worked fine. It has a fridge & stove which can help save $ on the food bill. There's some noise coming up from the street, but we used a white noise sound app & noise did not bother us. Only issue was the bed; pretty darn firm for our tastes. I'd stay again & take some foam pad for the bed. »

« I really enjoyed our stay and had no issues. The place was clean and the master bedroom shower is phenomenal! There was 7 of us and we felt we had olenty of space. It was perfect for our gug that hight in Wilmington, had we gotten a hotel we wouldn't have been able to sit and talk with each other comfortably. My only complaint was that we couldn't get an earlier check in or later check out. Though the property owner tried it was based on the cleaning schedule. But still 5 star review! »
