The property is a fantastic place to stay while enjoying what Wilmington has to offer. You're about a half-block off of the riverwalk, and can easily walk to dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and other points of interest. The communication with the property owner was friendly and great. Parking is close and convenient. The rental itself is very clean and has everything you need, including comfy couches, a nice and spacious bed, a nice bathroom, and a well-stocked kitchen area. Highly recommended. ##### Matthew J.
