You will be staying on Water Street right across from the Battleship and can explore the best places downtown! Take the water taxi, tour the Battleship NC, or walk to great restaurants, bars, or museums! Conveniently close to all the downtown wedding venues. This condo features an open concept living and dining area with amazing views of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship North Carolina. The kitchen has all the basics you'd need to enjoy a meal in as well as bar seating for 2\. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and closet space for your clothes. There's a spacious bathroom with large vanity space as well as a washer and dryer for use during your stay. The best feature of the condo is the good size, covered balcony that overlooks the river. It's the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or end your evening with a nightcap. Guests will have full access to the entire condo and balcony. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded access door, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next door to the building. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking. The kitchen was fine with an adequate supply of cups/plates and utensils. The couch is very outdated and is very uncomfortable. There is only one lamp in the entire living room space. The overhead lighting is fine; however. a floor lamp near the couch for reading would be nice. The provided tabletop freezer is not working. The bathroom door does not close. There is something wrong with the strike plate and the door will not close. Not good for privacy. Additionally, There are only two curtain panels at the sliding glass doors, so you cannot close the curtains for complete privacy.The website states there is a TV in the bedroom….there is not. The unit is in need of a “deep-clean” and had a “earthy” odor. We would not stay at this property again. ##### Tommy F. The bed is alright but make sure you bring headphones b/c the HVAC is located inside the bedroom and is LOUD all night long. Kitchen was DIY remodeland whole place feels outdated.
