Completely renovated and upgraded with high end finishes, this one bed 1.5 bath is the perfect escape to unwind, relax, or get out and walk to all the great hot spots downtown! You'll love the open and airy feeling of the condo. Downstairs, the updated kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay and is completely open to the spacious but comfortable living area. The soaring ceilings make the space feel even larger than it is! There's a half bath on the main floor as well. Upstairs, you'll find the large bedroom with a king size bed, large closet space, and skylights to let in the natural light. There's a full bath on the upper level as well. Guests will have full access to the entire condo and parking space in the parking garage. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The place almost looked too good to be true online but it was exactly as advertised! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful place, great kitchen, and walking distance to many cool places and restaurants in Wilmington. There is an underground parking garage with a code, a code to enter the building, then a code to enter the unit, and it is not super convenient getting in and out (steep steps if that matters to you from underground garage to ground level), or if you had to grab something from your car.
