It is 61 square meters. The house is on 2 levels . The first has a living room ( where there is a sofa that can be opened into a double bed ) , kitchen , fireplace , vc and balcony with sea view . At the other there are 2 bedrooms , hallway and a bathroom. There is an internal staircase connecting the two floors . The courtyard has own trapezaria.Echei access to communal outdoor shower , barbecue and wood oven .. Other amenities : 3 security doors , air conditioning and a TV in every room , refrigerator , all appliances and household equipment. Swim in the three beaches that saw the pictures and the beaches of Legrena , St. Peter , but the beaches at Thyme and Black Lithari . The beaches that we recommend are 12 best of Attica. Some nights you can go to the beach Charaka at the beach bar to enjoy music and drinks , swaying to the music while listening to the waves break , the night bathroom offered with the condition can not be eaten or drunk . You will visit the island of Patroklos for solitary swimming, fishing and eating in the tavern . You will visit St. Constantine - some say the ' Pelion ' area - . If you're here on July 17 will go to a festival of Agia Marina and dance till dawn . We didn't realize that was vital because the nearest stores and restaurants are several km away. You can walk to the beach from this place about fifteen min or so, great view, bed mattress could be a bit better but is doable. The owner was very kind to us and helped us several times by driving us twice. Very close to the temple of poseidon. If you bring your own food he has pretty much everything you need for cooking and he makes his own olive oil.
