A stylish maisonette offering comfort and able to accommodate up to 6 persons in 150m2 of interior space plus a lovely garden with a refreshing Intex pool. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms with TVs, a large bathroom, extra WC and an open space living room and dining area.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher on the ground level and a convenient kitchenette with a fridge on the upper level. There are central heating and fireplace for wintertime visitors!

Windows and balconies offer lovely views of the garden or the sea in the background. There is a roofed outdoor terrace with barbecue ideal for enjoying your meals or just reading your book. The lawn-paved garden is fenced and totally safe if you are traveling with children, and now features a private Intex pool, perfect for cooling off on warm summer days.

The house is situated about 6 km from numerous beaches and or 7km away from many local sights such as Schinias National Natural Park, the Marathon Battlefield Monument and Tomb. Also, at just 100 meters from Agia Varvara church. The city of Athens is less than an hour away by car or bus. It is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area.

The villa offers two spacious, air-conditioned and bright bedrooms. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a large double bed. The second bedroom has a twin bunk bed. Both bedrooms have lovely views to the sea or garden. If necessary, one more folded sofa double bed can be used in the living room.

There is one spacious bathroom in the master bedroom of the upper level. A second WC is located on the ground level. There is a washing machine and of course, shampoo, soap, and other toiletries are provided.

This house offers a great lawn paved garden with lovely views of the surrounding area. A charcoal stone-built barbecue is also available. Bring your friends and family to the table and taste the original Mediterranean outdoor living! There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs. The garden is fenced and safe for children. You can relax with your favourite drink or book under the terrace, sunbathe on the lawn, or take a refreshing dip in the Intex pool!

Our maisonette is located in a quiet residential area of Marathonas, just a short walk from shops, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, and a variety of cafes and restaurants—all within 10 minutes on foot. A nearby bus stop provides regular connections to Athens and surrounding areas.

In just 5 minutes by car, you can reach the famous Schinias Beach, known for its long sandy coast and vibrant beach bars, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxing by the sea. Also nearby is Marathon Beach in the area of Agios Panteleimonas—a charming, cosmopolitan spot just a 5–7 minute walk from the house. There, you'll find a mix of beach bars, traditional fish taverns, cafés, a cinema bar, creperies, and more, all set along a clean, family-friendly shoreline.

Our location makes an ideal base for exploring local sights, including Schinias National Natural Park, the historic Marathon Battlefield Monument and Tomb, the town of Chalkida, and even Evia Island—perfect for day trips.
