Within 3 minutes’ walk you can reach Acropolis metro station and the Acropolis Archaeological Museum. Parthenon Apartment can accommodate in its two bedrooms and an extra bed up to 5 vacationers. It features a spacious living room, dining table and two bathrooms. From the outdoor space you can see the ancient Greek Temple of Olympion Zeus and the Lycabetus hill overlooking the city of Athens. The contemporary kitchen is fully-equipped with all the must-have appliances, utensils and crockery. Fitted with an oven, cooker hob, toaster, coffee machine and fridge, guests can easily embrace the freedom and flexibility that a self-catering stay brings. This home has air-conditioning in the sitting room and bedrooms. The apartment is fully accessible by the guest and its family. Pillowhite team will be happy to fulfill your needs either you travel for leisure or business. Within 5 minutes’ walk is the main entrance of the Acropolis Temple, Parthenon, Kalimarmaron Stadium and Plaka. The Acropolis Museum is an archaeological museum focused on the findings of the archaeological site of the Acropolis of Athens. The museum was built to house every artifact found on the rock and on the surrounding slopes, from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece. In the shadow of the Acropolis and its ancient temples, hillside Plaka has a village feel, with narrow cobblestone streets lined with tiny shops selling jewelry, clothes and local ceramics. Sidewalk cafes and family-run tavernas stay open until late, and Cine Paris shows classic movies al fresco. Nearby, the whitewashed homes of the Anafiotika neighborhood give the small enclave a Greek-island vibe. The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport. The location is excellent to see all the highlights of Athens. Shopping, restaurants are very close. Plaka neighborhood is very fun. For our stay, we had 4 adults and felt we had plenty of room. It was well equipped with pillows, towels, and kitchen needs. Communication with the host was perfect! Pillow White responds quickly. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Booked the evening before so we could arrive and guarantee check in at 10 a.m. after a long flight. That was a great suggestion from our host. They arranged with their driver to pick us up at Athens airport, another convenience and to get us to and from Piraeus. The apartment was lovely, spacious, very clean, well appointed. There is an elevator. Towels, paper products supplied. My only suggestion, 2 sets of keys. Athena and Eleni are very attentive hosts, replying to emails within minutes. The condo was situated perfectly - close to the metro, the hop on/off buses, and within walking distance of the acropolis and even the meeting places for the 3 tours we took - Acropolis, Delphi/Meteora, and Naxos. Texting with our hosts was super easy and they were so helpful and responsive. We used the washer, played games at the table, watched movies on the TV - basically made ourselves right at "home". Our host made us feel welcome and well cared for. I don't recall the online listing stating that the apartment was an exhausting 4 flights up stairs. That was the only thing we had some trouble with, otherwise everything else (location, comfortable beds, cleanliness, etc) were exactly what we hoped for. Thank you, Pillowhite! ##### Trisha F. It’s within walking distance to most things.
