Modern 2 bed/2 bath Acropolis view flat

A brand new apartment in the heart of central Athens. The flat is on the 4th floor of a period apartment block with amazing Acropolis view, lift access and is located just underneath the Acropolis hill , moments away from the picturesque streets and shops of Plaka.
The flat was completely refurbished in 2018 and decorated to provide a comfortable and convenient stay with modern amenities.
The flat covers 70m2, and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people (2 double beds, a double sofa bed). Perfect for families.

Guests can enjoy the privacy of the whole apartment which is clean and fully equipped.
24h check in and check out can be arranged at no extra charge to accommodate late night/ early arrivals and departures, just let me know.
Main features of the flat include:
-Two full marble decorated bathrooms (one en-suite)
-High speed WIFI
-Double glazed windows and air-conditioning in all rooms
-Double beds with comfortable mattresses
-Solar panel water boiler
-Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and cooking hobs.
-Large open-style wardrobes for guest use
-Hair-dryer, iron & board, kettle.

Laundromat business operating just on the other side of the street.

I will always offer early check-in and/or late check-out at no charge when my calendar allows me.
Your luggage can be stored at a nearby business just across the street if you arrive early or have a few hours to spare between checking out and departing!
Airport/port pick-up can be arranged, if interested let me know.

Charmant appartement

L’appartement est très confortable pour deux amies/couples car les deux chambres sont à l’opposé et ont chacune leur salle de bain. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur l’Acropole. Il y a une belle luminosité.

We had a splendid time and Dio was an incredible host. This was a perfect stay for our two couples. It had two separate bedrooms each with a full bathroom, small living room and kitchen for daily needs and gathering before we went out to explore the area. Everything was within walking distance. Great cafés nearby took care of our caffeine needs. There are countless restaurants, shopping and historic sites to explore. We stayed 5 nights and could have stayed longer. Athens was friendly and welcoming, and we had an incredible time during our stay.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Athens. It is reasonably priced and is in the center of all the places tourists want to go. There is a plethora of restaurants to choose from right down the street and if that is too Fargo next door or across the street. The place was very clean. I would only recommend a heavier shower curtain. The lightweight one in use does not stay in place and the floor gets very wet. Overall a five out of five across the board.

My wife, mother in law, and brother in law stayed here while visiting Athens in late September. We had a great time in the area and loved the location of this property. We could easily walk to all the main attractions and really enjoyed walking the streets of Plaka. Dio was an amazing host! We had an early morning ferry departure and Dio set us up with a driver to make our trip at the port. Highly recommend this spot for a great location and a very generous host!

Dionysis was so kind and very responsive. He helped us with our luggage and also checked in on us during our stay. I loved that the apartment was a short walk from the metro and other attractions, making it easy to explore the city. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

The location was great, easy walking distance to the Acropolis, museum and other tourist destinations. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. The space was clean but very sparse. Not a lot of amenities or casual seating in the apartment, beds were reasonably comfortable but the bathrooms are pretty small. As the area has lots of food option's and cafes the only thing we bought for our stay was water.I would recommend as a space with a comfortable bed and to take a siesta before going out in the evening.

The host, Dio was very good. Responded quickly and helped us arrange our transportation to and from the airport. Anytime we had a question Dio answered quickly. The location was excellent for walking to the Acroplos etc... The only negative is that there was no TV.

Amazing Contemporay Athens Apartment!

We absolutely loved this renovated apartment with a view of the Acropolis! The location could not have been better with many good restaurants close by. Great Spot in Athens

This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults visiting Athens for several days. The location is great, within walking distance of the Acropolis (and a view from our room) and great restaurants. There is even a laundry right across the street if you need one, and wonderful gelato on the corner. Property was neat and clean and the kitchen was well equipped with a good-sized refrigerator. AC worked great so we were comfortable in the apartment even in the 95 degree heat. Our host was very responsive to every question, usually answering us in minutes. We highly recommend this property for your stay in Athens.

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. Dionysis was extremely responsive. The unit was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the a/c and good water pressure. The location is perfect, just a couple blocks from the Acropolis Museum. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Place to Stay in Athens

Dionysis was a great host, and the apartment was clean, beautiful, and well appointed. It had a perfect view of the Acropolis from the balcony window, and we saw it every night before turning in, all in lighted glory. We stayed during the last week in March, and the temperatures dropped in the evening. So we needed heat at night. Dionysis was quite patient with us as we struggled to turn it on. He also offered dining suggestions and told us about the nearest post office. Great place we would definitely book again if it was available.

Location location location!

Perfect apartment for my husband and adult son. We were on the go but loved how convenient the place was to restaurants, shops and the Acropolis. The view of the acropolis at night was a pretty sight from the balcony.

Wonderful stay in Athens

This property was a great central location for all we wanted to visit while we were in Athens and had a view of the Acropolis. Dionysis provided us with clear check-in instructions and organized a transfer to and from the airport. He responded promptly to any questions. Please note that each bedroom only has one bed. I was under the impression that one of the bedrooms had two beds. There is a double futon in the living room, so it all worked out for our family. We would stay here again.

This apartment was in a great location. We walked everywhere and found it easy to navigate, clean and safe. The balcony wasn't really big enough to sit out on but loved the view. We enjoyed our visit to Athens and these accommodations.
