I stayed here while working remotely and overall had a really good experience. The internet was excellent and reliable the entire time, which made working from the hotel very easy. The property itself actually looks even better in person than in the photos, with beautiful mountain views and stunning water views throughout the resort. The beach was absolutely beautiful and very clean.
The staff was generally friendly and helpful, especially Manos, who consistently went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with anything I asked.
Unfortunately, one female staff member made the beginning of my stay frustrating. She initially placed me in a terrible room, never provided the information about what was included in the all-inclusive package, and whenever I asked questions, she either didn’t know the answers or seemed completely uninterested in helping. Thankfully, whenever Manos was around, he stepped in and resolved everything quickly and professionally.
Another big plus was that the hotel helped arrange taxi service whenever needed, which made getting around very convenient.
Overall, despite the poor experience with one staff member, the beautiful property, clean beach, incredible scenery, excellent internet, and outstanding help from Manos made my stay enjoyable.
