This property worked well for us, two couples, and could have easily handled additional people. Dimitrios met us to go over everything and ensure things were in order. We appreciated the welcome and amenities. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, the Changing of the Guard, stores and restaurants without issue.

Did you know this property is very close to everything including a store and a coffee house and a 12 minute walk to the Acropolis to view from the rooftop in the balcony with fantastic better than expected

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic—about a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis and within easy walking distance of countless restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops. We always felt very safe, even walking in the evening.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was easy.The only small things worth mentioning are that we weren’t able to find the extra blankets that were mentioned, although I also didn’t follow up with the host after checking. The beds were also quite firm, which may be a plus for some guests but was a bit too firm for my personal preference.Overall, this was a great place to stay, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-located home base to explore Athens.

This was all it said it was. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants and shops of all kinds, and the penthouse was very comfortable. The host and staff were very attentive to make our stay perfect, even arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport. Our only problem….weather. It stormed the 3 days of our stay. But we made the best of it anyway. Highly recommend this penthouse.

Flotini was extremely helpful!! Over and above what one would expect. She arranged for a taxi--during a taxi strike! She saw that the malfuncting ic/hearer was fixed promptly. Helped us navigate Athens. Checked in on us routinely. Very good care and service

Great stay

A very good location within walking distance to Acropolis . Acropolis museum and Agora and Plaka Market. The hostess was there upon our arrival and explained how things worked very well. Very clean and plenty of local amenities to pick up food . And no shortage of restaurants. A very enjoyable introduction to Athens

Our host and his assistant were wonderful, vey professional, yet very personable. The price was excellent, the condo was very clean and comfortable. We were in walking distance to so many places to eat, and shop. With our own personal terrace to view the Parthenon was just a dream come true. They made a trip of a lifetime for us better than I could have ever imagined.

This place is AMAZING! From the location that is highly highly walkable or public transportation to everywhere you want to go, I cannot recommend here highly enough! Family of 4, we had plenty of space and all amenities as listed. Fotini was so gracious as she helped check us in and gave us spot on recommendations. The view of the Parthenon was the perfect cherry on top!

I had a wonderful stay in Athens Koukaki penthouse.The apartment was large, very clean, and beautifully decorated.I was also excited about the unusually large balcony and the beautiful view.The neighborhood of Koukaki, where it is located, is beautiful and lively.The hosting was amazing that truly attended to our needs.

Quick Athens Visit

Family of 6 spending 2 days in Athens needed central location to maximize our time. Location was walking distance to the Acropolis and the bustling Plaka District, with tons of shopping, cafes and great restaurants! Terrace was a nice space for spreading out and taking in the ambiance of central Athens. It was nice that there was a lift that helped access the 5th floor with all our luggage! Highly recommend this rental.

This place was perfect for us. Great location, great people managing it. Within walking distance of pretty much everything. The Terrace was spectacular, though we had rain and didn’t get to utilize it as much as we would have liked. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise ship after our stay, extra cost but well worth it, George our driver was great. Wonderful and comfortable stay

The property was comfortable and inviting for our family of 5. Close to many attractions and restaurants. Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Host was responsive and helpful. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and provides a lovely place to relax in the evening. Only issue was that there was only one workable shower (not 2 as listed) without a shower door which would wet the entire space. Rooms were spacious and clean.
