L'emplacement est très pratique car il est proche du métro et également à une courte distance à pied de nombreuses attractions. Bien que l'appartement soit au centre d'Athènes, il est très calme. Il est décoré d'œuvres d'art exclusives du propriétaire et possède tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. La cuisine est plus que bien équipée pour préparer de la nourriture, il y a aussi beaucoup de restaurants, bars et cafés autour. L'appartement: Cet appartement rénové des années 50 comprend un salon confortable avec des oreillers faits à la main, une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée vibrante en rouge et noir, une salle à manger confortable, une salle de bains turquoise aux petits carreaux, deux chambres relaxantes: une rose foncé avec une lit double antique et un turquoise avec une sensation de fraîcheur moderne. Une oasis de plantes sur le balcon offre un câlin en fin de journée. Kolonaki C'est le quartier le plus chic d'Athènes, l'un des plus animés et des plus sûrs, abritant les riches Grecs et les ambassades étrangères. Des mondes glamour fréquentent les cafés, bars, restaurants branchés, ouzeries, tavernes, boutiques chics, galeries d'art privées et boutiques de créateurs. Les petits parcs, les rues piétonnes et les pentes couvertes de pins de Lycabettus Hill font également de Kolonaki un endroit charmant à découvrir à pied à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit. Dans le voisinage: Supermarchés, nettoyage à sec, boulangeries, boucheries, pharmacies, banques, sont à quelques pas de l'appartement. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Thank you so much for your welcome, Sofia, and also for your flexibility with check-out on our departure day. We have really appreciated that! The apartment location is ideal for visiting Athens. Literally every major sight is easy walking distance, alternatively, 2 metro stations can be reached in 10-15 minutes. There are dozens of restaurants in the area, we would like to point one that is just around the corner, simple outside dining bistro style, the food and service are great. Be patient waiting for a table, the place is very crowded and appreciated by locals; it is worth the wait. Look for Dexameni restaurant. We have liked the apartment itself, the bedrooms are spacious which is a real plus. You may get some street noise in the living-room and on the balcony but both bedrooms face the interior of building and are very quiet. All equipment was very clean and working fine! To summarize: this apartment has everything a short term rental needs for a successful weekend abroad and we recommend it highly. ##### Mark H. Il est situé dans un quartier très agréable proche du métro et de restaurants. Le centre d Athènes , l acropole et les principaux lieux d intérêt sont accessibles à pied . Nous ne savions pas que le quartier de Kolonaki était un des mieux coté à Athènes et là nous l'avons découvert! Cet appartement est vraiment très joliment décoré avec goût et très bien localisé. Nous avons visité tout ce que nous voulions visiter et cela à pied. En plus, Sofia la propriétaire, nous rends la vie facile. Il est facile de communiquer avec elle avant notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. Si vous êtes à Athènes pour quelques jours, n'hésitez surtout pas à choisir cet appartement que nous avons beaucoup apprécié pendant notre séjour à Athènes. Our hostess had thought of everything from a well-equipped kitchen to laundry, lots of storage space in the bedrooms and comfortable living room. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking a park in the morning and evening. The bedrooms are quiet and the beds comfortable, for a good nights sleep. The location is convenient to services, transportation, restaurants and shops. We especially liked the proximity to Mt, Lycabettos, which we climbed almost every morning for exercise. Our hostess Sofia was gracious and always available for questions. She had already put together a map of the neighborhood and a “guide book” for the apartment and the most popular Athenian sites. The property is spacious and very well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt really safe and there were some well stocked grocery stores nearby to stock up on local provisions. The host was exceptional from the moment we booked, and her guide book in the apartment is spot on as were here recommendations for food in the area. I’m a Greek American senior with relatives living in the Athens area. Location was the best. I could walk up Lycabettus hill, go to museums, galleries and Syntagma Square, church, shopping and a different cafe everyday! The apartment is a great choice over a hotel to spread out a bit, have a kitchen to make breakfast and a washer/dryer to do laundry. The location is great - in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mount Lykabettus (which we hiked every day to see the sunset - highly recommend!) with some small shops and good restaurants very close by. Our host met us at the property and gave us a tour. She was so thorough and friendly, answering our questions and giving us recommendations. We enjoyed the apartment very much. Great base for visiting the sites in Athens with metro stops a ten minute walk away. It is an uphill walk back to the apartment but taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. Restaurants and other services nearby. Sofia is an outstanding host with great recommendations for what to do locally and guides for using the apartment. ##### Robert H. Very comfortable and fully equipped apartment. There is a lovely balcony to have your breakfast each morning. The location is excellent. There is a lovely place to eat in the evening - literally moments from your door step. We went there each night to have a light dinner and soak up the atmosphere. The property is close to the sites- 30 mins walk to the acropolis and 15 mins walk to lots of museums. However the property is an upward walk from the centre so may need to use a taxi on the way back if walking and heat is a problem. Sofia, the property owner, made us feel very welcomed. They gave us a tour of the property and help us to familiarise ourselves with the property. I would strongly recommend booking this property when in Athens. ##### Dean T.
