It is 2 minutes from Omonia metro station. Very convenient to get to different parts of the city easily. Rooms are quiet and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay and the apartment itself. It is very much as shown in the photos, the bed is quite comfortable, the bathroom is brand new and clean, the towels are perfectly fine, the terrace is a nice little extra for having a coffee in the morning, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. One thing that could be improved is the information about the building reception. From the photos sent by the host, it is not necessarily clear that you have to enter the first building to find the reception, and then enter a second building to find the lift. The host is quite responsive. We had an issue with the shower drain, and it was resolved the same afternoon. Regarding the services provided, we found it a little disappointing to be asked to take out the rubbish and to wash the very few pieces of kitchenware provided. Especially since there is not even a stovetop in the apartment, which makes it impossible to actually cook and therefore, in practice, there is very little reason to have a lot of dishes to wash. When I stay in this type of accommodation, I understand that these kinds of requests can be part of the experience, and I accept it. However, we found it less appropriate here, as the accommodation presents itself as offering more hotel-like services. Considering the overall level of service expected and the pricing, we felt that it was more in line with what one would expect from a hotel than from a private holiday rental. This was definitel

Le logement est totalement conforme aux attentes et il n'y avait rien a dire sur la propreté tout était parfait. Concernant l'emplacement, le quartier n'est pas le plus recommandé (clairement pas le plus beau de la ville et pas le mieux fréquenté d'après ce qu'on pu lire) mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème et nous avons pu circuler dans Athenes sans souci et uniquement a pieds.
