It was clean and most staff were helpful eg in restaurant. But it was disappointing overall, very dated and basic, my husband went downstairs to reception to ask for coffee for us to make in room he was told by receptionist go out buy coffee. Internet/wifi was not available. We were told it’s due to us having iPhones. The hotel has nice if a bit outdated rooms, but nothing to worry about if in look for a budget option - it might be the best budget option in the entire Aswan. Breakfast is good, internet works well.
