• BEDROOMS: Two spacious and quiet bedrooms, both with 160×200 queen-size beds and their own smart TVs. The first features a striking white accent wall and built-in closets; the second has a stylish grey headboard. Designed to ensure maximum rest and privacy for all guests.

• BATHROOMS: Two spacious and elegantly finished bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub—comfort guaranteed even when travelling as two couples or as a family.

• AMENITIES: High-speed Wi-Fi (60 Mbps), air conditioning, independent heating, washing machine, high-quality linens, luggage storage, and a crib available upon request.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort during their stay. Check-in is via a convenient self-check-in system. Before your arrival, you’ll receive detailed instructions for easy, self-guided access, allowing you to arrive at your preferred time, stress-free.

Other things to keep in mind
• Bed Setup: The entire apartment is at your disposal. However, beds are set up according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation. For a reservation for two people, only one double bed will be set up, unless otherwise requested in advance.

• Cost of Extra Beds: For each additional bed made up beyond what is specified in the reservation, an extra charge of 30 € applies.
