Tucked behind Helman House on a quiet, tree-lined street, Helman Studio B features everything you need for your Ashland visit. ★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★ We can sleep 4 total! A King Bed and Queen fold out couch and ensuite bathroom We have a table for 2 and a kitchenette so you're all set for a bite or a morning coffee. Relax on our sofa and stream your favorite shows on our Smart TV (Roku). Enjoy access to Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and Apple TV by simply entering your password. Please note that this studio shares a wall that is relatively thin as far as soundproofing with the other studio that may or may not be occupied. While it generally provides sufficient hot water for both units, there may be occasional delays in hot water recovery if multiple showers are taken back-to-back. Using the microwave woke up those in Unit A. I could hear the elderly couples’ conversations (muffled). I wouldn’t take the risk of staying next to more boisterous guests or feeling like I couldn’t have a normal conversation. - There was not ample street parking. This may have been because of trash day. Also, the neighborhood doesn’t have street lights, so I didn’t feel great about my car on the street. - The door code provided didn’t work and it took 30 minutes to get a response. Not helpful when it was 100 degrees out. Those in Unit A said they had the same problem. So maybe this can be solved by upgrading the code locks on both units. ##### Parag G. Unfortunately the property had a sewage smell when we arrived, and then plumbing issues developed soon after our arrival. The manager was very responsive but we did have to leave the property early so they could work on the problem. If they resolve this issue, the property would have 5 stars for convenience.
