« A very pleasant stay in beautiful surrounds. On the first evening we realised that the cot we had requested hadn’t been left, but one was brought out to us without any fuss. We had Sunday lunch at the pub in Carsington village which was well worth the walk! »

« Lovely stay at The Den. Wonderfully engaging host, so proud of his creations and rightly so! We stayed for 3 nights exploring the area. Visited Bakewell, Matlock & Buxton easily from here. We even had time to cycle some of the Tissington trail to the village & estate. We also ate at The Callow Hall, a 15 min drive away. No doubt we’ll be back at The Den. Thank you Karl! 😁 »

« We had a lovely stay at the stables. The room was clean with lovely decor and everything we needed was available and more! The hot tub was lovely and the robes and slippers were a nice touch. « A lovely 3 day break at this beautiful home. The location was lovely, with some nice walks with the dogs. We went for rest and relaxation and we certainly got that. The host Philippa was great and was there on hand to explain everything to us. There was a lovely marmalade cake waiting for us with fresh milk and eggs.when we arrived. « Beautiful Property with excellent facilities within the cottage. Great parking & access on arrival & departure. Unforunatley, the premises weren’t as Dog Friendly as first thought when booking the holiday. There was nowhere to exercise the dogs off lead, in fact there was no where on the premises dogs were allowed, apart from inside the cottage.
