"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "A great hotel about 10 min walk to the lake and downtown. Room was large and had a balcony view of the lake. We enjoyed the breakfast lots of options and some gluten free options. The hotel has a great lounge and bar area. Outside the pool and garden was a treat to visit and cool off in the pool. We highly recommend this hotel."
