Ascea has a 4 km sand beaches. You see the Telegraph Tower on the hill, also called Saracen Tower as it was originally built to help spotting Arab anf African invaders arriving from other Mediterranean ports.

Here is where the sand beaches of Ascea end and the rocks and cliffs start. Jump in the water and swim around the cliffs and you will find an untouched marine environment into blue waters. Swim and dive!

This looks like Thailand but is actually la Scogliera in Ascea Marina! :) Come here at sunset, sit at one of the bar/restaurants on the beach and order a bottle of cool white wine. And enjoy the colors of the sun diving in the sea.
