Modern and comfortable holiday home with a private swimming pool immersed in the centuries-old olive groves of Ascea. The house is equipped with large furnished outdoor spaces for those who love peacefulness without sacrificing comfort. Located in a residential area, the house is 2 km far from the majestic sandy beaches and the blue flag sea of ​​Ascea Marina and only 5 km from the Archaeological Park of Elea-Velia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house, of approximately 100 m2, can comfortably accommodate 9 guests and it enjoys a privileged position for visiting the Cilento National Park. It consists of two apartments, both with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living area equipped with air conditioning and an equipped kitchen. The large terrace with private swimming pool offers moments of pure relax, completely immersed in nature.
