"We can not recommend it! The appartment itself is nice with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, big and nice garden. You can walk to the beach. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems during our stay. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived and could not be fixed during our stay. We had one day without water and another two days without warm water. "We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Capriccioli as a family. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to explore some of the most beautiful beaches in the Costa Smeralda area. Having several amazing beaches so close by was a huge plus, especially when travelling with young children. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool as well, which was perfect for relaxing with the kids after spending the day at the beach."

Immaculate, comfortable, lovely staff, breakfast was good (large selection but would have liked to see some new items daily), great location- concierge services top notch- were able to help with all sorts of reservations and planning. Honestly great stay!! Quiet and comfortable. also, easy parking which was a huge benefit!!"

"The property was beautiful but the service was severely lacking. I would personally not define this hotel as a 5 star but definitely a good 4 star. Upon arrival there were no welcome drinks or any sort of welcome. We arrived early (which we had let the hotel know in advance due to this being the only flight into the island that day) and they were not able to accommodate an early check in which is completely understandable but instead we had to follow up with them 30 mins after the time of our check in to find out the room had been available and they did not notify us as they said they would so we had just been sitting around waiting. Breakfast was good. The room cleaning was bare minimum, one night they forgot to do our beds and just turned on the night lights. We had an insane amount of ANTS in our room and when we told the front desk about the issue they responded with “it’s nature”. They ended up sending a guy to spray down the room from insects and when we came back to our room there was a pile of dead ants that they didn’t clean up. We also had to remind them 3/5 days to refill our room water. There is no service at the pool and the bar by the pool took extremely long to make your drinks. Overall all the guests we spoke to seem to have had mutual feels about the hotel and the service. Truly not worth the premium price."

"The property is located next to a beautiful sandy beach cove and better yet, it also has the most gorgeous private beach inlet surrounded by interesting different size giant Rocks carved by the waters, coming out of the ocean with the clearest multi colored waters of blues and greens what lounge chairs umbrella amongst trees and greenery for shade. We mistakenly reserved a room with half board thinking it was just breakfast... what a wonderful surprise! Each night we got to pick from three different items in each section of a four course gourmet meal of a appetizer, pasta, third meat/fish, and the lightest delicious, dessert made by fabulous Italian chefs. Each morning for an amazing breakfast buffet and evening, on the third flaw, outside restaurant overlooking the mediterranean sea. It's us very helpful to learn how to speak some italian because there is a language barrier. Restaurant staff was amazing. Nice mediterranean room with plenty of space and closets and outdoor patio with down chairs that are private. Inside of the property it's very clean. During spy season and a special italian holiday and some of the guests were leaving litter by the way."
