Every corner has been carefully taken care of, offering a terrace where you can enjoy the sun and views of the communal swimming pool. Just a few minutes from the beach and surrounded by numerous services, such as restaurants, supermarkets and shops, this accommodation for up to 3 people is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo trip. This pleasant apartment, strategically located close to Playa de Las Américas and various leisure options, is perfect for couples, friends or solo travellers. With capacity for 3 people, it offers 300 mb fibre WiFi internet and a terrace. It features a spacious bedroom with two single beds and storage space, a full bathroom with shower, and a well laid out open plan area that includes an equipped open plan kitchen, a dining room and a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed, television and direct access to the lovely terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool. Here you can enjoy summer weather all year round. With an unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas and Costa Adeje. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, ceiling fan, towels, bed linen and much more. In the complex where it is located, there is a washer-dryer service for a fee. The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 19:00 hours. Sun loungers are available on request from the lifeguard at a charge. The complex has a supermarket for your convenience as well as a pool bar. This apartment is not suitable for babies, as it does not have a crib or high chair. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed Arrival between 22:00 and 23:59 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
