With a wonderful location, located just a step away from the Camisón beach, and very close from the atractive comercial area called "Milla de Oro" with all the necessary services around. With a beautiful decoration where every detail has been taken care of, capacity for 2 people, one bedroom and wifi internet, ideal for couples and business trips. A few steps from the beach and its pleasant avenues where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. This beautiful designer home on the beachfront is located in an exclusive complex with a spectacular communal swimming pool and solarium area. It is ideal for couples and business trips, as it has capacity for 2 people, desk and Wifi Internet. It is divided into two floors, on the upper floor, it has a spacious bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom, two single beds joined together, air conditioning, Smart TV, desk and access to a charming balcony. On the ground floor, from where it is accessed, there is a nice kitchen fully equipped with everything you need open to the cozy living room. It has a comfortable sofa, ceiling fan, 40" Smart TV and direct access to the wonderful terrace with stunning views of the sea and the pool, where you can have breakfast and relax while gazing at the ocean. It has all the amenities you may need and is located on the beachfront, with restaurants, supermarkets and the main points of interest of Los Cristianos and Las Americas close to the flat. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, toaster, hand juicer, coffee machine, kettle, iron, terrace, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, lift and much more.
