It has capacity for 2 people, with a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. The sound of the discotheques in front of the flat can be heard at night inside the flat, which makes it difficult to rest and is not suitable for children. The flat is renovated and it also has a communal swimming pool. In the heart of Las Américas, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. A few steps from the beach and in the heart of Las Veronicas, a nightclub and party area par excellence, whose noise can be heard at night inside the flat. This beautiful 2 storey flat, recently refurbished, is not suitable for children, but it is ideal for friends and couples, if you are looking for party and beach, as it has capacity for 2 people and 300mb Wifi internet. In the upper part of the house there is a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom. On the ground floor, where you enter the property, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and TV. It has 300mb fibre Wifi Internet and an unbeatable location just a few steps from the beach and restaurants, with the best bars and clubs on the island right in front of the flat, such as Lava Lounge Bar, Papagayo and Monkey Beach, which makes it an ideal place for people looking to party or go to the beach. Very close to the main points of interest of Las Americas. The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, wifi internet fibre at 300mb, fan, clothes iron, bed linen and shower towels. The property has 2 floors connected by stairs. The apartment is next to nightclubs and there is noise at night. There are currently construction sites near the property and some noise may be experienced during the day. The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.
