The apartment is clean and comfortable and could have been our ideal stay for future visits, however we didn’t get any peace to enjoy our holiday as we experienced extreme noise levels ‘every night’, and a few apartments in the complex were still partying at daylight .. also a large noisy hotel is directly behind the apartment but thankfully we over heard management addressing the noise at the hotel, but the apartment complex seems to have no management in place for such problems!. Our week of much needed rest and relaxation was unattainable and really disappointed that we had sleepless nights ‘every night!!’ Was a particularly warm week for us and no air conditioning or fan available to cool the rooms, and with the ongoing noise we certainly couldn’t open our doors.. ?? Già appena entrate nell’appartamento I-1 la prima impressione è stata quella di trovarsi a casa: spaziosa (eravamo in 2), accogliente e pulitissima; in casa troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno sia per la cucina che per il bagno, addirittura una piastra per capelli! La terrazza è stata comodissima per cenare all’aperto, i letti molto comodi e la doccia gigante. La piscina in comune è molto grande, tranquilla e pulita. It was the best equipped apartment with everything from washing machine to needle and cotton. It was very comfortable and clean with free wifi and tv. Weekly cleaning and change of towels and linen. Thank you so much. Linda was next door, and Klaus in the Flamingo restaurant if we needed anything. Great service, really friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool - it could do with a bit of tlc, but sunbeds there if wanted. The apartment was very spacious and felt like 'home from home'. Unfortunately the sun didn't get round to the patio in January, but that wasn't a problem for us. We would certainly book this apartment again. We chose this location as it is central for all the amenities in Playa de las Americas, as well as being a comfortable walk from Los Christianos. Not far from the beach, and shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. There is an excellent bus service to get around the island with the bus stop being just a couple of minutes walk away. ##### john e. The property was in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from the beach and many restaurants and shops, with a few small supermarkets right outside the apartment which was very useful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed and had plenty room, especially on the terrace. The pool area was nice and also clean. The owners were lovely, and awaiting us on arrival. Jan 6, 2016 #### Very relaxing and pleasant surroundings The one bedroom apartment was clean and fresh with clean linen. We have also rented the two bed room apartment which we loved because have two very large beds and a massive open planned kitchen and living space there was a bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet down stairs which is of great convenience, saves you running up and down the stairs. Yes the description list was very accurate to a tee. No need to get taxi’s as most of the supermarkets and shops are in walking distance. The English bars and clubs some were in walking distance from the Flamingo bar and restaurant, The manager was courteous and very help with our requests when we were experiencing any difficulties with the apartment and dealt with issues in a timely and reasonable manner. We loved the Flamingo bar where go for our lunch time meals and drinks on the night and our evening meals. After spending a couple to 4hour at the flamingo to get us ready for a night out on the town, when we came back in the early hours of the morning a little intoxicated and hungry; there’s our favourite Chinese restaurant 3 doors down. They speak fairly good English so there is no problem ordering from the menu. Later in day we take our lunch at the Flamingo restaurant as we don’t have to go far for our lunch, everything on the menu is cooked from fresh. We recommend that you try Klaus’s homemade chips and burgers and other dishes. The Swimming pool was also one of our favourite places to go because we could get a fantastic sun tan and then have a dip in the pool to cool down.
