Enjoying a sunny hillside setting, this 2-bedroom home for 5 is perfectly placed for sightseeing on the Swiss-Italian Lakes, as well as for exploring the local lakeside villages. The 3-storey townhouse offers plenty of space in which to kick back and relax. A flat screen SAT TV with DVD player and book-games library provides timeless year-round amusement within the living room, which is complemented by a sofabed, a small modern kitchenette and a double bed. A separate fully-equipped kitchen diner for 6 also sets the scene for effortless entertaining. From the ambient living room, a flight of open tread stairs leads to an open mezzanine floor with double bed. A 2nd bedroom and 2 contemporary-fitted shower rooms complete the internal layout of this updated, flexible home. Private laundry facilities are also provided.
