8.2/10 Very good! (265 reviews)
The room was nice but the upkeep was unsatisfactory. The bed and comforter set had stains on them and towels were very overused. There room also had roaches, would not recommend!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (248 reviews)
No hot water our first day! Got approved for a late check out, then have the cleaning service yell at us for still being in the room, they even threw the do not disturb sign back into the room as she shut the door. Very rude!
