great price for a full kitchen hotel room.

Everything was very nice

Bed was comfy with lots of pillows. We stayed in a “standard one bedroom” cottage-like reservation, while other part of family stayed in a two bedroom. There was a huge difference in accommodations —- theirs was so much nicer and also had a balcony. Pretty setting convenient by car to William & Mary and historic Williamsburg. Staff was NOT overbearing in pushing us to commit to an appointment to hear sales pitch. Personnel were courteous and helpful. We did not use amenities; there for graduation.

I would definitely stay at this property again. The rooms were impeccable. We made use of the basketball court and the pool. Plenty of food options just 5 minutes from the hotel. Yes, they will try to sell you a timeshare. But, I made my lack of interest clear as soon as I found out I had to get my key from a salesperson's office and they weren't too pushy after that. Staff was easily accessible for questions via text. 10/10.

Would definitely stay again!!! Cottages and grounds were extremely clean. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Our initial key did not work. When requesting a working key, we requested a cottage with fewer or no steps. The young man (i do not remember his name...sorry) searched for such accommodations even though I requested an extra night at check in. It was a pleasurable stay. Thank you.
