This is a NON SMOKING property, inside and out.

Great rental property that sleeps 9 available weekly or weekends, in Soldier Creek at Lake Texoma. Just a short walk or golf cart ride to Caney Creek store/cafe, the beer gardens, striper fishing, Bar Bay and Marina Del Rey are CLOSED at this time. In the area you can rent golf carts. Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home on Lake Texoma in Soldier Creek (Marina Del Rey) area. We are 10 minutes away from Chickasaw Point Golf Course and a walk or golf cart ride away from Marina Del Rey, which is currently closed. The front deck has lots of entertaining space with a large front yard for all your favorite yard games. It is fully furnished with 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds (xl twin in size and a twin over a full). A fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer for your use. If you’re coming to play golf, fishing, or playing on the water, you will love the area.

Theres no TV in living area as the front deck is equipped with one and where families spend their time, outside.

Security cameras cover access to the front door, garage and back door. These are turned off upon arrival and turned back on the day of departure.

Please refresh the internet router

Please upgrade the Router. The wireless really never worked. It is crucial to have the WiFi working because the cell service is spotty. I think the wireless USB extender is on the fritz. THX Jeff

Beautiful property!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! Spacious clean and comfortable bed. Only discomfort was the a/c doesn’t work all that well so in the afternoons and evening the temperature in the condo was stuffy. Still would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again in the future.

Very good, almost great!

The large covered front porch was awesome. We loved sitting out there each evening. Each bedroom had a tv, but no tv in the living area. Door knob to back bedroom fell off but was easily managed. Jets in main tub were dirty upon arrival, we cleaned them and all was well thereafter. Sent message to owner prior to booking and never got a response, but was a basic question that didn't impact our stay. Owners quickly responded to text about the door knob issue and he was very friendly. First time to Lake Texoma area and we had a blast!

Property was great. Entrance does have a small gate that makes it pretty tight to park in the drive with a boat. Quite a few cleaning requests for a bit of a steep cleaning fee. But we did enjoy ourselves and the house. Does have a nice patio and beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Deck was awesome

Somewhat disappointed that there was no swimming area close by. We had to drive about 20 minutes away to a beach area that a local told us about. We did enjoy the front deck at the house in the evenings though.
