The staff were lovely and considerate; the room was clean, comfortable with a lovely view of the tree lined street. The room stayed cool during some really hot days. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in a twin room with two sections connected by a small kitchen. This layout worked perfectly for our family of 4, kids sleep in one section and parents stayed in the other. Paris was hit by heatwaves and there was no power when we checked in. This is not the hotel’s fault. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, they helped us arrange a near by hotel for our first night, and power came back the second day so we moved back. Overall we are very happy with our stay, and highly recommend the friendly and helpful staff.

We got to the building where we had to enter through a closed cafe. Then you need to take stairs and a small elevator that fits one person. When we got to the room we noticed there was no air conditioning or electricity. Pictures of the room were different then the actual. Staff offered us to move to a tiny room with 1 bed and didnt offer us the difference back. The key code machine wasnt working due to the lack of electricity. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else
