    Tout est flambant neuf! Cette maison sur mesure vient d'être construite au printemps 2020 et est la location de vacances idéale. Que vous veniez pour un week-end de golf, des vacances en famille ou que vous ayez simplement besoin de temps pour vous détendre, c'est l'endroit idéal.

    Vous tomberez amoureux de la vue imprenable sur le lac Michigan depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine ouverte au 2ème étage. Il y a aussi une grande terrasse sur le côté pour le divertissement en plein air.

    COMMODITÉS: air central, buanderie, foyer au gaz sur mesure, terrasse extérieure avec des sièges et un grand gril à gaz, et vélos disponibles. Deux grands téléviseurs intelligents de salon avec WIFI inclus (pas de câble).

    La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la préparation des repas de tous les jours. Vaisselle, casseroles et poêles, argenterie, verre, etc. lave-vaisselle et une cafetière goutte à goutte est disponible pour les clients. Les articles de cuisine supplémentaires comprennent un four micro-ondes, un grille-pain et un mixeur. Également inclus: linge de lit, serviettes de bain, produits de nettoyage de base et savons (pas de savons personnels), et un ensemble de produits en papier.

    LIEU: La maison est parfaitement située à côté du populaire Arcadia Bluffs Golf Club, avec une vue imprenable sur le coucher du soleil sur le lac Michigan. Arcadia est une petite ville pittoresque avec la plupart des commerces et restaurants trouvés au nord 15-20 minutes à Frankfort ou au sud 15-20 minutes à Manistee. Seulement à environ 45 minutes de Sleeping Bear Dunes et Traverse City.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this newly updated and beautiful home in Arcadia, MI. We were attending Camp Arcadia along with playing golf at Arcadia Bluffs. This home is stocked with everything you need to make your stay a great one. We loved sitting on the patio at night overlooking g Lake Michigan. We would love to rent this home again for our next visit to Arcadia.

This was perfect for a family golf getaway. Close to Arcadia Bluffs and the South Course. New property with beautiful accommodations. Close to good restaurants, hiking, and close to shops in Onekama and Frankfort. The property has a great view of the lake. It was perfect. We hope to return and stay longer.

Photos do not do this place justice. It was fantastic. Everything you could ask for was thought of. Things like pots and pans, dishes and utensils, full size washer and dryer, plenty of room for families to socialize and be together, extra fluffy towels and toilet paper, and even some extra shampoo and soap. It was super clean too! Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

We loved this property! There was plenty of parking, every room was spacious, and the home was exceptionally clean. We especially enjoyed having the main living areas on the second floor, where the beautiful views of Lake Michigan could be appreciated throughout the day. Whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or dinner on the deck in the evening, it was the perfect place to take in the peaceful woods and stunning lake views.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated how organized and easy the rental process was. The management company provided a convenient online portal with arrival information, departure instructions, local details, and everything else we needed all in one place. The departure checklist was simple and straightforward, making the entire experience stress-free.It was a wonderful place for our family vacation, and we would happily stay here again!

House was very nice. Only issue is there are no screens on the windows so you can’t have them open otherwise bugs will come in. Overall a great location and home!

Excellent home with stunning view!

My family of 7 stayed here last week. House is spacious and very clean. The view of the lake through the trees on the deck is amazing. We hit up a few local downtowns that were close. Plenty of activities in the area. 5 star would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay in Arcadia, MI

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The property is still in new condition with all the essentials you could ask for in a vacation home. The view of Lake Michigan from the deck, living area and master bedroom were amazing! Very clean, spacious, great communication, clear instructions for everything from Wi-Fi to garbage pick-up. We can’t wait to return next year! Best vacation rental for us thus far!

Large enough for a big family!

The house was tucked away in a nice quiet area. We loved the size of the home. It allowed the whole family to be together without being on top of each other. The kitchen and bathrooms are equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. Enjoyed the quiet; a nice relaxing respite from city living.

Absolutely Perfect!

The glass beer mugs ready and waiting for a guys golf trip to Arcadia put smiles on many faces. The location, the amenities, the extra touches to make the stay more convenient added to an amazing extended weekend. Although we did not need 2 of the 4 nights with the minimum 4 night stay, this location provided all of us the opportunity to be together and was a much better price point than staying in the cottages. An absolutely we will book again. Everything was fantastic.

Love this House!

This was our second trip to this house. It’s perfect for our family. It’s very clean and homey with lots of space. The location is great too. It’s on a hill and has a great view of Lake Michigan sunsets. Sadly, it rained most of the weekend. But we had some great sunsets last year and look forward to coming back next year. Thanks for the great time!

Above expectations!!!!!

We came up to Arcadia for a family vacation with our son’s girlfriend’s parents. Our son proposed on one of the area’s beautiful quiet beaches!!!!! This home was everything it was described as and more!!!!!! AMAZING view, pics don’t do it justice. We enjoyed watching the resident deer meander through the yard! Beautiful spacious home with top notch amenities. We will likely be making it an annual retreat!!!

Very pleasant property!

This property might appear a little plain from the outside, but the inside is a relaxing, modern sanctuary. The view is beautiful, the floor plan is nice and open, and the decor is tranquil with modern colors and no clutter. The kitchen is well appointed. I had a few questions during the stay (e.g. is there recycling, how to operate the fireplace, etc,). The property manager answered within minutes. The beds are comfortable, and there were extra towels. The checkout process was very easy. Overall a great stay, and I hope to rent this property again.

Great property and experience! Location was perfect - right across the street from Arcadia Bluffs. The only challenge was spotty internet and cell phone service but that was not specific to this property - it seemed to be a challenge for the entire area. Would rebook for sure!

Great house with a few issues

The house was beautiful & very clean with an amazing view! The pictures actually don't do the house justice and the view of the lake is closer in person than the pictures show. There were a couple of issues...one being the water and ice were not working properly on the refrigerator and the wifi could be better as it did go out at one point and the TV would buffer at times. Overall a great place to stay and if the few problems get fixed it would be perfect!

5 Star Property, 1 Star Management Company

Property is great. Very convenient and adjacent to Arcadia Bluffs. Place is in great condition. Has a view of Lake Michigan. The management company is not good. This comment comes from a VRBO lister who has two 4.9 Star properties with hundreds of reviews. The management company believes the customer is always wrong. The property lacks cable or satellite. There are no soaps or shampoos. The WIFI is extremely slow. The management company will not allow a 4 Night Stay, only a 5 Night Minimum. When addressing any issues, you get treated like a number, not a high paying customer. 5 Star Property. One Star Management company.
