I took my partner and her family just for one night to stay here. The manager was extremely welcoming and friendly along with her 2x four legged friends. The houses were well equipped and lovely. Amazing location and overall great experience. Highly recommend!

The place has a great location, very close to the beach. However, guests are required to clean their own kitchenware and take out their own trash, which makes me wonder what exactly is included in the room rate—perhaps just the rent? That being said, it’s very quiet at night. The sound insulation isn’t the best, so it might not be ideal for those who are very sensitive to noise. But if you’re only staying for a short time, it’s still a decent option.

We loved the beach house! It's been made with such quality and attention to detail. Everything's been thought of and we so quickly felt at ease when we arrived, to the clean, light and bright space. The beach is a few hundreds meters down the road, you can hear it at night- it’s divine. We fell in love with the seaside lifestyle! We will be back and recommend to all who want great accomodation and amenities within the area.

Excellent location & amenities. However, maintenance is poor: broken Venetian blinds; patio door has dropped & is extremely difficult to shut & lock; gardens poorly maintained; bathroom windows have no winder handle -> passers-by could see into shower & windows couldn't be locked.

Property was easy to access, was a bit dated, oven was very dirty with food and black oil on the bottom from previous guests, we were going to use it but changed our minds when we saw the condition it was in. We chose to eat out and the restaurant that were walkable distance from the property. Beach was a nice walk, lots of rock pools to explore. The house could do with a better clean of surfaces as it was pretty dusty/dirty. Scum around spa and bathroom and toilet needed a good clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Stairs are very noisy to walk up and down to the bathroom on the lower level. The highlight of our stay was the location of the property close to everything.

The communication from the owners was amazing. They kept us informed and provided us clear instructions prior to arrival. The property had a free washing machine and dryer to use which was a great service. The property was not clean at all, the table was sticky, the crockery was not clean and the inside of the pantry had ring marks from the glasses. The iron kept tripping the power of the property, so we could not use this. The property had a damp/musky smell as soon as we opened the door, even though the window were open. The toilet bowl was loose and was not secure to the floor. I would not recommend staying here at all, as we were quite disappointed.

Room was not clean dirty towels cups and unmade bed. Property owners were not available. It was the worst experience. We had to book else where and now no refund is being processed we are completely disgusted in the service from Expedia and the Rayville boat house it’s unacceptable. We drove 3 hours to find a room unusable and then not being able to get in contact with the owner then they contact back hours later after we had to find somewhere else. Worst experience.

The property was not secured when we arrived at past 9pm at night. Patio door was wide open. I tried to call for the location of the specific property and was not able to reach anyone. There was poor lighting and the property number was not marked as the rest of the homes.
